This site conforms to at least Priority 1 of the WAI Accessibility Guidelines.

The WAI Accessibility Guidelines specify that Priority 1 Checkpoint must be satisfied otherwise, one or more groups will find it impossible to access information in the document. Satisfying this checkpoint is a basic requirement for some groups to be able to use Web documents.

However, there are some PDF documents available for download on this site, and PDFs are not always accessible to various types of assistive technologies. We advise therefore that these documents be converted to HTML, and this can be done by visiting the Adobe Conversion page. Some formatting will be lost in this conversion.
