Use of Personal Information
Personal information will only be collected to the extent necessary by lawful and fair means, for one or more specified purposes which are relevant to the operations of QIC. Currently QIC does not collect any personal information through this web site. Some non-personal passwords are used to log on. QIC will never sell, trade, lease or rent any personally identifiable information to other companies.
QIC will not undertake any direct marketing for a secondary unrelated purpose without the consent of the user. Each marketing communication sent to a consenting user will clearly state how to opt out of receiving future marketing material.
Credit Card Information
The QIC web site does not accept or process credit cards and no financial information is saved in the QIC web site or supporting database.
Tracking Visitor SessionsWhenever the site is accessed over the web, this web site records the time, date and URL (Uniform Resource Locater - global address on the WWW) of the request. This information cannot uniquely identify user information. It allows us to improve our customer service as a whole.
